The impacts of poverty

Poverty is truly the one of serious problems in Indonesia. The populations of poverty are being increased in this country every year. It exactly impacts so many problems and negative effects. Three of negative effects of poverty are high violence, low education, and bad health.

One negative effect of poverty is high violence. Violence naturally happens on people at facing bad condition. The people that have no money sometimes make their own way to do something wrong, such as a robber, a thief, and a deceiver. That is actually a crime, which impacts heavy punishment from the government. The crime also damages the victim by its action. The purpose of that crimes are to quickly get money causing of poverty.

A second negative effect of poverty is low education. Education is the most important thing in life, but also it needs no a little cost. Education is importantly needed to change our destiny becomes more good. Although there is a program of free school cost in 6 years by the government, that's only enforced in Jakarta. The poor in Indonesia spreads in some cities. It's not function to the poor out of the capital city. Then it is only until junior high school, but we need 9 years in order to finish studying in senior high school. Maybe if the government can augment the free school cost until senior high school and build in another city, the poor can be decreased rapidly.  

A third negative effect of poverty is bad health. Health is also important like education. The cost of medicating in hospital isn't cheap. Although the government gives discount to the poor in state hospital, it only decreases a little cost. In the "Puskesmas", the price is free, but there is no complete equipments to treat severe diseases. The health service is also less good  there. That condition makes the poor so hard to get good medicating in low price. In concern, the poor, which suffer Intractable diseases stay medicating temporary in "Puskesmas".  

To conclude, the impacts of poverty are too complex. There are relations between poverty and its negative effects. The negative effects are the reason why poverty becomes increase. However, all of it gives bad condition to our country.
